The Catholic Vote

• Catechism of the Catholic Church P. 2240: "Submission to authority and co-responsibility for the common good make it morally obligatory to pay taxes, to exercise the right to vote, and to defend one's country."
• Pope Francis: "Not voting is ugly. It is not good. You must vote."

• You should use your own judgment and moral sensibility to decide on the best (or least bad) candidate.
• No Catholic leader or organization can (or should) tell you which candidate you must (or should) vote for.
